dragonfly encounter

14.12.08 (sun): found this huge dragonfly right outside my house. yeah, most of you may be laughing at this city kid. this fella is by far the biggest dragonfly i've ever seen. i had to get my camera to get a close shot. i know, i know, i don't have a macro lens.

so i tried. well, nothing like what you'd see on national geographics but still see a tiny bit of details there when you click on the thumbnail for a larger image display. : )
